About the client

Rita Anderson is a reverse home mortgage loan officer who helps out people ages 65+ using a personalized approach

What the client was looking for

-A website that advertised her services

-Target social media marketing to help gain more clients

-A consistent brand that conveyed a friendly and personal look and feel to it

The Solution

-AB testing on Facebook

-A landing page that linked to the Facebook ads

Results

Similar to what we expected, our users liked the idea of gaining money for retirement because that's what's more on the forefront of their minds around that age

The first thing we tested was the wording to try to see what would best get potential clients to want to click on the ads

Wireframing

When creating the initial structure, I kept in mind that the user was there because they wanted to have a good retirement. With this being said, I made the first section of the page truly focused on all of the benefits they were hoping for, allowing for imagery and places for text to keep the user engaged and excited.

The about page

The next important thing was the brand that Rita wanted to create. This meant focusing on her genuine character and client customization.

About the design decisions

Competitive Analysis

Overall, the design trends of other home loan mortgage officers included an easily accessible "apply now" button as well as having lots of information about the officer themselves to build trust.

Graphic Design

In order to create a friendly feel, I decided to make the images all be in circular frames as well as using a welcoming blue, but exciting orange.
